I wonder when Yokai Watch 3 will get discount before the 3DS eshop get closed.
Is Sonic Colours still glitchy mess?
It would nice if the EU 3DS eShop got some of these sales before it closes. Still waiting to see if we get the Capcom sale, and now there’s this.
7th Dragon III is a meh RPG with a OST way too good for it.
Stella Glow, Shin Megami Tensei 4 and Devil Survivor Overclocked are all absolute classics, get them if you like JRPGs if you don't have them already.
I might go for Radiant Historia myself, I found the original only "good" but I figure since the physical version is kind of expensive these days I might as well get the digital version of the remake if I ever feel like revisiting it.
I hope this sale is also coming to europe
I still need to buy shin megami tensei iv and 7th dragon iii
and maybe a couple of other shin megami games
@Jrpg-gamer
Yeah for an european system digital is the only way to own SMT4 so you really don't want to miss out on that.
@Expa0
Yep and last atlus sale here
Where a couple of shin megami tensei games on sale exept iv 😑
So i hope they put it on sale in the next one
I hoped they was going to add more sonic titles to switch but me wishful thinking that's not happening anytime soon.
I’d buy them all if this 3DS sale would come to Europe.
I hope Sega is reading this.
Time to stock up on some Classics.
Would have bought the collection on the 3DS but region locking puts paid to that. Stupid 2011 Nintendo.
7th Dragon III, Stella Glow, and Rhythm Thief are underrated IMO. I'd say they are worth getting at those prices, especially since I believe they are expensive physically nowadays.
drop that beat
I don't see what the use is, any reasonable excuses,
why a digital sale would still be regionally exclusive.
It's not as if the 3ds ain't otherwise dead,
locked in capitalism's prison system, jailbreak and they'll take your head.
How about that?
drop that mic.
I may have been listening a bit too much hip hop again lately.
Taking the Switch list and 3DS list as a whole, I'm lucky enough to have owned and played around 35 of those games I think. Possibly more? Vast majority of them were decent to excellent. Also a fair few underrated games as well as utter classics. A few dissapoints here and there (eg. about half the Sonic gam4es. The other half really good).
@Liam_Doolan Didn't know Team sonic racing was on 3DS, lol
"Sega only make Sonic games."
@RainbowGazelle Anyone who is saying that now is ridiculous when SEGA releases a Yakuza game pretty much yearly now and have Atlus pumping out their games. Definitely was true a couple years back but SEGA relies on these a lot more now.
@Matty1988 Yes on all versions though not as game breaking during release but still rough compare to the original on Wii.
@Matty1988
Played it like 4 Hours without the Patch at Release to see how glitchy it is.
I falled once through a Wall in those four Hours, so it isn't as bugged as People tend to say, the major Bugs you see in Videos have to be provoced.
Not bad but I wouldn't bother with Sonic Boom personally. I played both of those games on 3DS and seriously they were incredibly boring.
If only Sega does more Sega Ages releases all until the Sega Saturn and Dreamcast library. Every time it seems like they're getting closer to the good stuffs but then they just stopped. Would be really nice to get Sega Ages versions of Virtua Fighter 2, Golden Axe: The Revenge of Death Adder, Alisia Dragoon, Eternal Champions: Challenge from the Dark Side, Scud Race, Daytona USA, Astal, Dragon Force, and Crazy Taxi.
Nice discounts. With that said, I'm still deeply annoyed that the VC4 DLC never goes on sale separately from the base game. Are DLC sales not allowed by Nintendo or something?
Eh I do kind of want Sonic Colors but with the game being all glitched up, I'm not buying it unless the sale is at least 50% off. I'm happy to wait until that happens
@Shambo SOFTWARE WANTS 2 B FREE
(Edit: NOT TO MENTION ALL THOSE DIGITAL DEVILS)
If anyone was on the fence about those 3DS Atlus titles, now's your chance. It's doubtful they'll go on discount again between now and when the eShop closes.
I got the entire Sega Ages line already in the many sales Sega had previously done on it.
Not sure why each website which has published this has left out all of the individual 3D Classics from Sega, which are down to $2.99 from $5.99. Only a few of them are included in the compilation, and they're all a part of this sale.
Sonic Mania and Monkey Ball are about the only things here that grab my attention. But there's so many awesome things that cost even less, that I think I have to pass.
SMT5 and P5S are no brainers
Copped all the SMT games for 3DS. Tokyo Mirage Sessions spawned a love for that series like no other. So glad to have them all in the backlog now.
Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games would need to take at least another 30 dollars off the price to interest me. I sadly already bought most of the other Switch games at higher prices than these sales.
Shin Megami Tensei V Digital Deluxe Edition is 59.49 but the non-deluxe version is still 59.99... I have the game on my wishlist but I don't want the DLC and a 50 cent sale is not enough.
Definitely picking up some more Sega ages
@CANOEberry If I were software I'd prefer to be
accessible for free rather than trapped in static memory.
Arguably though, the pirate in me,
'arrr'-ing at me mateys made these already free.
At least the previous generation, see,
on DS and early remasters, 3D.
The rest, the best, that had me genuinely pleased,
I bought for actual money, at least when western-released.
While the big companies play victim of this piracy,
we're not begging 'please', bagging their trash, our treasure, liberty!
Not sailing under a flag, no slavery to a nation,
just waving black cloth, no cannons shot, total liberation!
ETHICAL PIRATES FOR LIFE
This is an incredible sale! If you don't have these games get the 3ds SMT and Etrian Odyssey and Persona Q games. Not to mention Stella Glow and the amazing Sega 3d Classic games!!
As many have said, hoping the sale hits Europe. I've got a list of 3ds games ready to buy but I'm waiting until last minute incase a sale happens.
SMT IV and apocalypse are among my list so I hope this one particularly makes it.
These sale prices really give you a good idea of which SEGA AGES titles sold well and which ones did not.
The individual 3DS remasters of Sega classics are also on sale. Thinking about picking up a few of those.
I was hoping they would have one more sale! I picked up Devil Survivor Overclocked and Devil Survivor 2 Record Breaker!
@Expa0 If your not that big of a Radiant Historia fan, I don't know how much you will enjoy the remake. They did add quite a bit, including side stories from new alternate histories and a sort of tower - clear each room challenge with prizes.
Here's hoping this sale comes to Europe.
@FishyS If you live in the US, Walmart has the physical copy for $50.
I gotta say this is a particularly amazing sale! This will give folks a great chance to pick up some 3DS RPGs that are VERY pricy in physical form for a nice low price. Awesome.
@Anti-Matter
I don't think that is going to happen
Level-5 games did not get a sale on the 3ds in years as far as i now
(in europe atleast no idea about america)
So unless there is going to be a big end sale with (almost) everything in the store
You are going to pay full price for it
Or you need to be lucky to find a copy in the wild
But those are expensive and almost impossible to find
I am just happy i bought it around release
They did not make a lot of physical copy's for that game
The Etrian Odyssey and Persona Q games are an experience that can not be duplicated on any other system.. The second screen is integral to the map making component, which is the whole point. And physical copies are not cheap. Get them while you can!
@Jrpg-gamer
I have played and finished the gameplay of Yokai Watch 3 Tempura Japanese version so picking the USA version in eshop version is like my final choice before 3DS eshop get closed as the English version of Yokai Watch 3 in physical is damn expensive with inflated price.
Articles for every sale the 3ds has for another what...10 months..before it actually closes? Of course any sane person would just add some homebrew.
Persona Q 2 and Devil Survivor 2 are going to be mine. That 3DS sale is yummy. Those are the only two I don’t have. I have all the rest for the 3DS.
Will hit up the sega ages games. Luckily I have all the sega games I want on 3ds.
Grab your SMT/Persona 3DS games now, or you won't get 'em at all.
@Matty1988
I had no glitchy mess in all my 60 hours of playing.
@TheBigK
I’ve had no glitchy messes in all my 60 total hours of playing.
That settles it. I'm getting the SEGA 3D Classics, Sonic Lost World and Sonic Generations, maybe Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed. I need to verify if the Wii U eShop also has a sale
EDIT: No SEGA sales for the Wii U
I own the physical for Stella Glow but I think I’m going to take up that offer for digital so I can keep my cart and collector’s set pristine.
Stella Glow was my favorite 3DS game and it truly is underrated. I’d love another game in the series!
I tried Luminous Arc but it just doesn’t do it for me especially after playing with fully voiced cut scenes and stuff in Stella Glow. If Luminous Arc/Stella Glow was the Souls series, Stella Glow would be Elden Ring. It’s perfected.
If you haven’t played Stella Glow yet, now is your chance!!!
@Matty1988 I've finished this game without issues.
Ain’t cool for Europeans…
@Anti-Matter just hack your 3ds if it doesn't. 3rd party sellers don't deserve your money
@Acein210
No, I will not hack my 3DS machines.
My four 3DS XL machines (2 USA, 1 Japan, 1 Europe) are original.
All my 3DS games are original.
Why should I hack my machines for playing pirated games?
NEVER.
@Anti-Matter I have accepted that it probably won't get a sale, and I said f-it and bought it anyway, along with a bunch other games...
$41.99 for an outdated game about Olympic event that took part 2 years ago is still too much. Should be
$20
Picked up Sonic Generations and Lost World on the 3DS. Will be fun playing these games on the go.
Picked up Monkey Ball and Sonic Generations on 3DS. Was thinking of picking up world too but I have it on PC already. Looking forward to more 3DS sales so I can collect what I can before it shuts down next March.
